Wir erleben viel Hausmusik in diesen Wochen, denn Joshua liebt sein (selbstgebastelte) Trommel und seine Flöte.

Ueberhaupt ist Musik fuer Joshua wichtig, er liebt vor allem Schlagzeug. Daher müssen auch Stühle, Töpfe oder Bücher als Trommelersatz herhalten...
Joshua is big-time into drums these days, and constructs drum sets out of all kinds of objects... and anything long and skinny turns into a drumstick, even carrots, toy fishing poles, empty toilet paper rolls or chopsticks.
Henry macht momentan ausser Dinge runterschmeissen noch nicht viel Musik, aber er erzählt viel und ist ein fröhlicher Kerl.
Henry doesn't make much music yet, but he is turning into a big "talker", and already says "mamamama" in connection with Emily! He also loves to laugh and smile and has a really sunny dispostion. I've also noticed how much he likes toys with faces -- is he a people person already?!
Falls Ihr es noch nicht wusstet: Joshua ist jetzt ein grosser Junge, der keinen Mittagsschlaf mehr braucht und nur in seinem Bett liegt um ein Buch zu lesen... oder so ähnlich sagt er es zumindest, wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann. :-)
Joshua is set on being a "big boy" now, with potty-training and underpants, no more naps (well, a few weeks ago his attempt at this was still unsuccessful), "I can do it mySELF!", and the like.
In February, Henry and Joshua began sharing a room!
Joshua hat ein Mitglied in seinem Fanclub: Henry - der findet alles total spannend, was sein grosser Bruder so macht!
Joshua has one devoted member in his fanclub: HENRY! "Little Hen" likes to be in on whatever his big brother is cooking up and wants to go wherever Joshua might be rowing his boat!
Fasching ist nicht mehr weit; und pünktlich kommt das Käferkostum von Oma & Opa. Vielen Dank! Joshua hatte jede Menge Spass dabei.
The German Carnival celebration is coming soon, and Joshua's Oma and Opa sent a very cute costume. Joshua and Mommy had fun painting his face!
