Hanging out in Big Brother Joshua's room. Nils wanted to do peek-a-boo in the closet again and again! Below, a cardboard castle the boys made with Andy.
"Look Mom, no hands!" Nils practices his free-standing daily. He remains even more devoted to acquiring new words and sounds: banana, ball, more, thank you, woof, meow, moo, neigh, quack . . .
During the last week of January, Joshua participated in a ski course with other kids from his Kindergarten. They went each morning with a coach bus and came back each afternoon at 4:00. On the last day, parents were invited down (to Unterammergau) to witness the results. So Emily, Henry and Nils made up Joshua's fan club and got to see his timed race down the bunny slope! Joshua was the fastest of his group! After lunch, his group (the Snow Pirates) went over to the "big" hill and showed more of what they could do.
